Bourgeois art creates fantasy, delusions and false expressions. Revolutionary art creates momentum, mass energy, a desire to change the world, to imagine a new bold social reality.

The advocates of the art for art’s sake concept are a bunch of idiots who serve the upper class in creating further delusions. Art must serve, art must move, art must channel the energy of the people into the struggle. Art must create channels of revolutionary communication; art must create bold flows of mass emotional energy.

The believers of the art for art’s sake fallacy are naive art students who are being conditioned to avoid revolutionary creativity. Gallery artists know that there is no such notion as art for art’s sake because for them art is for cash’s sake. Gallery artists do not create artwork to move the people, they create art to move upper class buyers to open their wallets.

Art for art’s sake is taught by elitist art schools because the capitalists do not want artists creating art for revolution’s sake. Art for art’s sake is just a pill that capitalist art schools give the students so they don’t have to say: art for money’s sake or art for the upper class’s benefit.

Instead of spending your time trying to find your ‘aesthetic’, take up revolution, create revolutionary work that moves the masses.

The image of revolt must dwell in all of your artwork. Do not create, empty, stale artwork, create revolution in everything that you do. Do not waste your energy on emotional pieces that say nothing at all; inject a revolutionary direction in everything you create.

Your canvas is the world, your content is the direction of human history, your purpose is all out revolution. The artist must create for the people, with the people, the artist must inject revolutionary life into his/her work.

Do not allow your work to become but mere pictorial representations of the present; the revolutionary artist must see and seek the future! The revolutionary artist must become the positive energy of rebellion in everything that he/she does.

Commission work for banks, for corporations, for private organizations is pure prostitution of the artist’s creative faculties. The revolutionary artist must never allow the rich man’s houses of exploitation to commission him to do anything.

Your artwork should not turn into a device that the sick rulers use to legitimate their power. Your artwork should depict the rulers of society as nothing more than traitors, thieving monsters, phantasmagorical morons. Commission work is the very method through which the ruling elites buy out the creativity of the dangerous artist.

If you’re hungry, get a job in a factory, instead of turning your mental creativity into a weapon that serves the upper class.

If you need income, get a job, instead of trying to seek the false life of a sellout popular artist.

Get a job in a factory and create artwork in your free time, instead of becoming a slave to the art gallery system. Get a regular job and create honest, revolutionary artwork, instead of becoming yet another artist desperate for a clientele.

Do not become dependent on a clientele to create artwork, create work that speaks to the people, work that calls for revolution. The clientele is a bunch of stupid rich people who want to destroy art by turning it into pleasant decoration. The very dream of becoming a professional artist is reactionary, be a worker first and an artist second. There is nothing more disgusting than popular ‘artists’ who become nothing but the pets of the upper class.

Art must not be about neither psychological nor financial bondage to the master class. Your canvas should not turn into something pleasant to the eyes of the rich. Your artwork should be a representation of the people’s struggles, not an abstraction on the upper class’s vanities.

The suffering artist is a strictly bourgeois concept designed to destroy the artist by forcing him/her to turn on themselves. Never turn on yourself, art must be about the liberation of humanity, the unbridled collective mind, the spirit of freedom!

Art must not be turned into a personal fetish in which you create for the sake of creating; create to move people, to inspire them.

The capitalist art gallery craves artwork which shows the artist as an isolated, lonely, melancholic creature; resist this! Your artwork should reflect the energy of life, the energy of revolution itself. Your artwork should be designed to move people towards a higher political consciousness.

Artists who say they do not want to mix up in politics are just cowards who are not willing to come to terms with their social responsibilities. Artists who put the politics of the elitist gallery world ahead of the politics of humanity are but psychologically destitute narcissists. Art is not about money, art is not about paychecks, art is about moving humanity, about creating new bold visions. Art is not about becoming a snobby piece of shit who can afford to visit France twice a year, it is about creating revolutionary visual flows.

Leave your personal issues out of your work; your artwork should represent your political visions not your personal complexes. The art gallery craves artists who are emotionally disturbed, so that they may use this warped emotional energy to cripple the masses. Create work that stands, that rebels, that demands freedom for all of humanity. Create work that attacks the leisure class and their methods of control over the people.

The artist must not become a traitor, a mere pet to the upper class, the artist is of the people and must create for the people!
